Workgroup on the Article 12 of the UN Convention.
We work on the article 12 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
This article is about the equal recognition before the law and the legal capacity. We want to examine if the law and the practices in France are in line with the Convention, which is based on the principle of inclusion and empowerment.
The group explores this question from the philiosophical, juridical and political point of view.
